“I love the lamb pastie, with delicious shortcrust pastry and filled with lean spiced mince, turnip, parsnip and carrot. It’s served with a simple, sprightly salad. Also terrific is the lemon slice, with a biscuity coconut base and tart, chewy topping. ”
